A man leaves his job at IBM to resurrect the lost art of snail farming in Vienna. The Kevin Longa explores the cultures of the world from the perspective of nutrition and the camera lens. It does so since turned his first documentary, exploring food companies in high school. Today turns the “TASTE” – a series of documentaries that tell stories of innovative entrepreneurs in the field of food from around the world.
