Greenland was established in 2013 and operates in the prefecture of Messinia, in the village of Sterna.

Greenland produces, standardizes and markets extra virgin olive oil and kalamon olives in Greece as well as abroad. It is actually a family business; four brothers and sisters of different academic backgrounds and careers decided to go back to their homeland and work in the family’s olive groves. They had the necessary experience since their family has a great tradition in olive cultivation and thus, the need to extend products’ availability came up. The olive oil marketed by the company is a product of strictly one variety, koroneiki.

Vertical integration of production is the basic factor of the products’

high quality. As the producers claim “Uniqueness is everything… our products are made fresh and with love”. Within a short time, Greenland has achieved two international olive oil distinctions and has broken ground, on a national level, with the traditional recipe used for the production of kalamon table olives, thus creating a particularly tasty and well balanced product.
