Every day in Mumbai, 4000 men with white clothes and matching hats, carrying 175,000 meals throughout the metropolis. Collect the tiffens food (lunch containers) from mothers and wives, and bring (on foot, train, bike or even on their heads) in office buildings which await men and children. The Dabba Wallas do so by the end of 1800. Despite the simplistic mode, meals always arrive on time (the probability of error is 1 in every 16 million transactions). An impressive achievement!
