The Basque Country is a proud place where people live, eat, work and thrive for years to the green hills that surround Spain, France and the Bay of Biscay. During our visit to this rich culture, we spent a few days with a cider producer (Egoitz) and a cheese-maker (Urtzi) to learn about the culinary heritage of product and proud of their cultural culture.
