For three days, representative dishes from all over Greece interweaves the gastronomic canvas a standard report with designation of origin, dedicated to highlighting the wealth of our culinary culture.

In role curators, the protagonists of modern production and heirs of a centuries-old culinary tradition. Local producers of exposure, people with love for good raw material, environmental, aesthetic identity and our culinary culture are the backbone of our nutritional continuity.
