 2ND Athens International Culinary Film Festival (AICFF)

 After the huge success of the first Athens International Culinary Film Festival of “Gastronomy Days”, the second was a natural evolution. The 2nd AICFF presents this year our harvest with over than 30 films and short films culinary fiction stories, documentary and animation from all around the world and Greece.

In this year’s event we highlight the diversity of approach on a common problematic diet that unifies in a consistent way the scheduled films of AICFF and all the other events.

 We promote local areas through the projections that are included in the Honored Gastronomy Destination. This year we have the pleasure to display important works by Greek authors. The program is framed by an interesting thematic discusion panel on the relationship between gastronomy and cinema.

Furthermore, under the AICFF Feature Artists, we present a tribute to retro work creative collective of activists, chef and film-makers of Perennial Plate from the US traveling to various parts of the world, recording inspirational stories about taste and nutrition.

Of special importance also is the program hors d ‘oeuvre of AICFF which will project short films before long and this year for the first time before the films, related topic discussion panels.
